The Reproductive Healthcare Desert (RHD) Project and Dashboard provides the first comprehensive picture of access to reproductive healthcare across counties in the United States over time, beginning in 2010. It brings together data on abortion, contraception, maternity, and assisted reproductive technology (ART) care into a single, interactive tool designed to:

• Discover which types of services are missing and where
• See how far people need to travel for care
• Explore trends over time

By making these patterns visible, the project offers a powerful resource for researchers, journalists, and policymakers working to understand and address inequalities in reproductive healthcare access.
